Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every sealed box is Japanese-language product from Japanese distribution, and every graded card is certified by PSA. We are TERM Inc., a trading company in Japan.
Are the boxes factory sealed?
Yes. Booster boxes keep their original shrink wrap, and our photos show the shrink seam and corners. Sealed cases ship in the original factory carton.
How do I verify a PSA card?
Enter the cert number on PSA's official cert verification page (psacard.com/cert). The cert number of the slab you receive is sent with your shipment.
Why does the cert number in the photo differ from mine?
Our card photos are sample images of the same card and grade. The slab you receive is the same card and grade with its own PSA cert number, which you can verify on psacard.com.
Do prices include import duties and taxes?
No. Import duties, taxes (VAT/GST) and customs fees are charged by the carrier or customs and are paid by the recipient on delivery. Please check your country's rules before ordering. Refused packages are refunded minus the original and return shipping costs.
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship from Japan within 5 business days of payment. At checkout you can choose FedEx (fastest) or Japan Post EMS (usually lower import fees) where both are available; United States orders ship by FedEx. All shipments are tracked. Typical delivery is 3–10 business days after shipment.
What if an item becomes unavailable after I order?
In the rare case we cannot ship your item within 5 business days, we will email you right away and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Can I return an item?
Sales are final, except for items damaged in transit or the wrong item. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our refund policy for details.
Do you sell sealed cases or wholesale?
Yes, for current Scarlet & Violet sets. Out-of-print titles are sold by the single box only. Email us with the titles, quantities and destination country.
