All orders ship from Japan. We pack and ship within 3 business days of payment (Japanese business days, excluding national holidays).
- United States: FedEx International, with tracking.
- Other countries: FedEx or Japan Post EMS, with tracking. Lower-value orders may ship by Japan Post small packet with tracking.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Typical delivery time after shipment is 3–10 business days depending on destination and customs.
- Booster boxes are bubble-wrapped and double-boxed.
- Sealed cases ship in their original factory carton inside an outer box.
- PSA slabs ship in a protective sleeve, bubble wrap and a rigid box.
- Outer boxes are plain and unbranded for security.
Prices do not include import duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST) or customs brokerage fees. These are charged by the carrier or your country's customs and are paid by the recipient on delivery (DDU). Amounts depend on your country's rules; please check them before ordering.
If a package is refused or returned because duties or fees were not paid, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
