Returns and refunds
We sell factory-sealed products and PSA-graded cards. To protect every buyer, all sales are final, except in the cases below.

Damaged in transit or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mail@term.co.jp with:
- your order number,
- photos of the outer box, the packaging and the item,
- an unboxing video if you have one.
Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. We will offer a replacement if available, or a full refund including original shipping.

Not eligible for return
- Sealed products that have been opened, or whose shrink wrap has been removed or damaged after delivery.
- PSA slabs whose case has been opened, cracked or altered after delivery.
- Change of mind, or disagreement with a PSA grade (grades are assigned by PSA, not by us).

Cancellations
You may cancel for a full refund until your order has shipped. Once shipped, the policy above applies.

Refused deliveries
If a package is refused or returned because import duties or fees were not paid, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
